Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have the BEST shopping experience when you’re shopping with us! So we’ve gone out of our way to make sure that we’re not only giving you the timeless, trendiest hand selected styles available, we’re also giving you the best in customer service .. because everything we do is with your best interest in mind! Not happy with your purchase? Well, customer service is our number #1 priority and with that making returns fast and easy for you. 

    Return Policy:

    • Online returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date and will be eligible for a refund for store credit only, as long as the original order form is included in return, items have original tags attached, no odor, stains, and no signs of wear.
    • Hats, Jewelry, Shoes and Handbags that meet return requirements are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
    • Golden Hour Boutique has the right to refuse a return if eligible items do not meet our requirements.
    • Orders returned beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
    • Intimates, Bodysuits, Seasonal Items, and Sale items are FINAL SALE - meaning store credit will not be issued for final sale items.  No exceptions.
    • Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Expect an emailed e-gift card within 7 business days of the delivery of your return at our store.
    Do we offer return labels?

    We do not offer return labels. 

    Store credit will not be issued for non-returnable items.  No exceptions.
    If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via e-gift card card within 7 business days. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit !!
    Defective Items:
    All defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
    When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
    We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
    • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
    • Visit your local shipping office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
    • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
    • Sometimes shipping carriers update tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
