• Online returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only, store credit NEVER expires!
• Items being returned must be in original condition; unworn, tags attached, free of stains, odor, etc.
• Golden Hour Boutique has the right to refuse a return if eligible items do not meet our requirements.
• Orders returned beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
• Intimates, Bodysuits, Seasonal Items, and Sale items are FINAL SALE - meaning store credit will not be issued for final sale items.  No exceptions.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

Expect an emailed e-gift card within 7 business days of the delivery of your return at our store.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via e-gift card within 7 business days. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit! 

All defective merchandise must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
